A 20 or 40-minute table massage (fully clothed) is being offered on Tuesdays from 10:15am until 3:45pm. (START DATE TO BE DETERMINED) You may select from a choice of modalities (therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy, intra-oral massage) in order to best suit your needs at the time.
Massage is a healthy way of reducing the effects of stress on your nervous system and body wellness overall. Ever have the sense of brain fog clogging your productivity, or feeling overwhelmed and frustrated while you stare at the piles of tasks on your desk? Massage touches the largest organ of your body - the skin, with its network of proprioceptors directly connecting into your nervous system. And this translates into down-regulating the autonomic system and helping you to think more clearly and breath easier.
No longer is massage considered a luxury in our stress-filled lives. It is a smart choice for self care to help you cope with the many demands we face each and every day.
Payment is due at time of service. Cash, check or credit card are accepted (I use Square).
Sessions are $30/20 minutes or $60/40 minutes.
HOW TO SCHEDULE
Book online in advance, or if there are same day openings they will be available on a first-come basis.
GETTING THE MOST FROM YOUR SESSION
Always a great idea to hydrate before and after you receive a massage. This helps your body clear out the toxins that are stirred up from the massage and happily send them on their way out. Also, remember to use the bathroom before your session so you will feel more comfortable lying on the table. Sessions are performed fully clothed. If choosing intra-oral massage, Nancy will be using non-latex clothes for hygiene purposes.
BETTER ON TIME THAN LATE
Sessions start on time which means the time of your appointment and continue for 20 or 40 minutes, depending on what you have scheduled. Included in this time will be any intake, assessment, table time, and time to prepare yourself for returning to your day. Late arrivals will have shortened sessions to fit within the scheduled appointment time. Really late sessions or no shows will be charged the full session price.
Massage is performed in room _________
Should you be unable to keep your appointment for whatever reason, 24 hours cancellation is required without being responsible for payment of the full session fee. Finding a substitute for your session time is a great option if you can’t keep your appointment, and want to avoid NO SHOW fees. Booking your session is agreement on your part of abiding to the terms of this cancellation policy.
